Important information about using QuickCare Now and the QuickCare Now website.
By using the QuickCare Now website or scheduling a visit, you agree to these general terms.
Telehealth Eligibility
Patients must be physically located in South Dakota at the time of the telehealth visit. Services are not available for every medical condition.
Emergency Care
QuickCare Now is not for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for severe symptoms, chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled bleeding, or any emergency condition.
Prescriptions and Refills
Prescriptions and medication refills are provided only when clinically appropriate and at the provider’s discretion. Controlled substances are not prescribed.
Payment
QuickCare Now uses a flat $75 visit fee. Laboratory, pharmacy, emergency room, imaging, specialist, and other third-party charges are separate.
Online-Only Practice
QuickCare Now does not operate a walk-in clinic location and is not affiliated with any local urgent care clinic, hospital system, or emergency department.
