Information may be collected when you contact us, schedule a visit, complete intake forms, use the patient portal, make payments, or communicate with QuickCare Now.
Telehealth and Patient Information
Medical information submitted through CharmHealth, scheduling forms, telehealth visits, and other clinical workflows is used to provide care, document visits, communicate with patients, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Website Analytics, Campaign Attribution, and Browser Storage
QuickCare Now uses Google Analytics 4 on the public website to understand general traffic and marketing performance. Measurement may include page paths, general campaign attribution, and actions such as booking-link, phone, email, WhatsApp, and social-link clicks. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the site configuration.
Campaign tags such as UTM source, medium, campaign, and content may be stored in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days so QuickCare Now can understand which marketing efforts lead people to the website. The booking-location gate stores the state selected for the visit only in session storage for that browser session. The selected treatment state is not sent to Google Analytics by QuickCare Now.
Do not include names, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other private medical information in campaign links, standard website messages, text messages, or WhatsApp. Clinical information should be entered only through the secure patient workflow and medical record. Browser and analytics technologies may also use cookies or similar identifiers as part of normal website measurement.
Third-Party Services
QuickCare Now may use third-party services including CharmHealth, payment processors, email providers, Google services, Netlify hosting, and other operational vendors.
