Lab Testing Through Quest Diagnostics
When clinically appropriate, QuickCare Now can order laboratory testing through Quest Diagnostics as part of your telehealth care. You complete the blood draw or specimen collection at an appropriate Quest location; QuickCare Now does not perform blood draws in an office.
1. Telehealth Visit
Your provider determines whether laboratory testing is medically appropriate and selects the needed tests.
2. Quest Order
When Quest testing is ordered, you receive instructions for completing testing at an appropriate Quest Diagnostics location.
3. Results & Follow-Up
Results are reviewed when received. Depending on the findings, a follow-up visit or additional care may be recommended.
Lab Billing
QuickCare Now charges only for the telehealth visit. Laboratory testing is billed separately by Quest Diagnostics according to Quest policies and your insurance or self-pay status.
QuickCare Now does not set or guarantee Quest laboratory prices.
Uninsured?
Uninsured patients may be eligible for discounted Quest Diagnostics pricing when available and if they meet applicable Quest eligibility requirements.
Eligibility, discounts, and final laboratory pricing are determined by Quest Diagnostics and are not guaranteed by QuickCare Now.
Common Labs That May Be Ordered
The tests ordered depend on your symptoms, history, medications, and clinical needs. Not every test is appropriate for every patient.
