QuickCare Now offers a simple flat fee of $75 per visit. There are no memberships, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

Is QuickCare Now a walk-in clinic?

No. QuickCare Now is an independent online-only telehealth practice. We do not operate a walk-in clinic location and are not affiliated with any local urgent care clinic, hospital system, or emergency department.

Do you see children?

Limited pediatric telehealth visits may be available on a case-by-case basis when appropriate. A parent or legal guardian must participate. Please call or text (605) 954-1135 before scheduling so we can determine whether telehealth is appropriate.

What pediatric issues may be appropriate?

Examples may include lost or forgotten inhalers, seasonal allergies, pink eye, medication questions, and minor non-emergency concerns. Some pediatric visits may require a recent accurate weight before medication can be prescribed.

Where do I get lab work done?

If lab testing is ordered, we will provide instructions. Testing may be completed through Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or another appropriate laboratory. Lab fees are separate from the QuickCare Now visit fee.

Can QuickCare Now mark up lab prices?

No lab markup is charged by QuickCare Now. The telehealth visit fee is separate. Lab charges are billed by the laboratory according to its policies.

Why should I check pharmacy hours?

Pharmacy hours are often different from store hours. A store may be open while the pharmacy is closed, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays. Please confirm your preferred pharmacy is open before scheduling when possible.

Can you help if I forgot medication while traveling?

Possibly. Routine medication refill requests are evaluated individually based on medical history, medication type, safety, and clinical appropriateness. Controlled substances are not prescribed.
