How much does a visit cost?
QuickCare Now offers a simple flat fee of $75 per visit. There are no memberships, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
Can I receive a prescription?
Prescriptions may be provided when clinically appropriate and at the provider’s discretion.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
No. Controlled substances are not prescribed, including narcotic pain medications, stimulants, benzodiazepines, or similar medications.
Do I need to be in South Dakota?
Yes. Patients must be physically located in South Dakota at the time of the telehealth visit.
What are your hours?
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 8 AM – 8 PM CT (7 AM – 7 PM MT). Selected weekday evenings as displayed in calendar.
How does a telehealth visit work?
Book online, create your Charm patient portal, complete intake forms, join your secure video visit, then receive your care plan and prescriptions if clinically appropriate.
Is my visit secure?
Yes. QuickCare Now uses HIPAA-compliant technology through Charm EHR to protect your privacy and health information.
Can I request a medication refill?
Yes. Medication refill requests may be considered when clinically appropriate and at the provider’s discretion. Not all refill requests can be approved.
