• Complete intake, consent, and payment through the secure portal.
• Meet with an Iowa-licensed provider by secure video.
• Receive a care plan, prescriptions when appropriate, and follow-up guidance.

Telehealth on the Iowa Side of the Quad Cities

Davenport is part of a metro area that crosses a state line, so physical location is especially important for telehealth. QuickCare Now can provide care while you are physically in Iowa; being only a short distance away in Illinois does not meet that requirement.

For eligible patients on the Iowa side, a virtual visit may be useful for selected common illnesses, medication questions, or other non-emergency concerns that can be evaluated safely by video.

If you expect to cross the state line before your appointment, plan the visit for a time when you will still be in Iowa. And if the problem needs an in-person examination, procedure, imaging, or emergency evaluation, use an appropriate local facility.

• Physical location—not mailing address—controls whether the visit can occur.
• If you are in Illinois at appointment time, do not proceed with an Iowa telehealth visit.
• For suitable concerns while in Iowa, the visit remains a flat $75 with no insurance required.
